John Pegler has been an integral member of the Innovara training and development team, participating in global sales and sales management training and development around the world. A highly dynamic and energizing trainer, he is a favorite master trainer (as well as co-author) for the leading Physician Partnership Program (PPP), Key Account Management and Planning (KAMP), !NEGOTIATE! and Managing the Winning Sales Team (MWST) and other sales and sales management training programs for industry personnel. He is also the most popular and leading global trainer for Powerful Medical Presenter and related presentation skills training program for medical professionals, continuously coaching and training medical thought leaders from top medical teaching and research based institutions around the world.

In his fifteen years experience prior to joining Innovara, he also had an extensive background in sales, sales management and training and development for several major health care companies in pharmaceuticals, hospital products and medical devices, wound care and consumer health care, including with GSK, Abbott and others.

Since joining Innovara in late 1987, Mr. Pegler has conducted benchmarking studies, and sales and marketing training in a broad range of industries to include pharmaceutical, agrochemical, veterinary, laboratory and diagnostic fields, computer software and hardware (including Microsoft), finance and banking (American Express et al). Based in Australia, his time is spent traveling mainly in Asia, Europe, the United States, Middle East and South America.

In his extensive career with Innovara, he has had the opportunity to develop all levels of health care industry personnel, as well and medical thought leaders as well as to conduct face to face interviews in benchmarking studies. Mr. Pegler is also responsible for many of Innovara's Train-the-Trainer activities around the world.
