Alejandro Juan Lemus, MD, is Vice President of Innovara Latin Amercia and from his main locations in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Sao Paulo, Brazil he is resposible for Innovara business throughout all of Latin America.

Mr. Lemus services clients mainly in the areas of sales and marketing management training and development, marketing and commercial strategies, benchmarking best practices, medical marketing, and medical thought leadership development.

Prior to joining Innovara, Inc., Dr. Lemus had twenty-three years of medical advisory, commercial, marketing, and sales management experience with various top healthcare companies including Schering-Plough, Boehringer Ingelheim, Sidus-MSD, and Hollister Latin America Inc. He has attained complementary training in Strategic Planning at Harvard Business School, Strategic Negotiations with Hellen Raider & Associates, GCP, as well as several in-house in Sales, Marketing, and Managment.

Dr. Lemus completed his M.D. and Internship at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) School of Medicine and his residency at the Children’s Hospital in Buenos Aires .   He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and qualified to provide consulting services and conduct dynamic training programs in a broad range of marketing, selling and general management skills in both languages.
