 Executive Coaching to Advance Medical Presentation Skills™ (ECAMP™) is now available to a select number of individual physicians in the USA and around the world who are considered thought leaders with expertise in their respective fields, to develop superlative medical speaker skills through individualized, personal Executive Coaching on medical presentation skills.

Innovara has individualized its world-leading "Powerful Medical Presenter™" to provide one-to-one coaching for selected individual medical thought leaders who make medical and scientific presentations at international and national conferences and who may educate medical students, other professionals and groups. This service will be provided by Innovara consultants in situ, and is based upon medical and scientific presentation skills training provided to leading US medical teaching institutions. ECAMP™ and Powerful Medical Presenter are designed by and provided exclusively through Innovara.

Medical experts and leaders may have had medical presentation skills training in the past, but usually such training is provided in larger groups and/or did not make a significant impact on the effectiveness of individual MDs' medical presentation skills. Also, many medical thought leaders want to improve their professional presentation skills, but do not readily attend such group training for a range of reasons, including:

• They are typically are in high demand as faculty, researchers, advisors, as well as in clinical practice, are extremely busy, and do not have the time to be out of their practices for such training more than a day at a time.
• They do not want to attend typical brand-related speaker training, but would prefer to have coaching assistance using their own presentation content/slides, independent of any direct commercial sponsor's interests.
• Speaker training typically also may require them to travel to regional or other group training, with foreign faculty teaching presentation skills in English. Innovara offers them to ability to be trained in English or other primary languages.
• From time to time, they may also like to improve their ability to make presentations to global audiences, e.g. at international conferences, however, may not be sensitive to the special needs and challenges of addressing such multicultural audiences.
• They may be professionally, politically or personally averse to joining other MDs for group presentation training.
• They may have excellent platform skills, but would like more specific coaching, e.g. to help improving slide flow and content, or how to chair a session or moderate a panel discussion, or to present for modern medical educational media, such as at a webinar, and do not want direct help from commercial interests for reasons of potential for or the appearance of conflict of interest.

In ECAMP™, executive coaching on medical presentations would be provided by Innovara consultants in the country of the MD and would be one-to-one with the experts.
