Upon receipt of registration, INNOVARA will confirm by return e-mail or fax. Once confirmed, a non-refundable US $200 administrative charge will be made. Registrations are transferable. Prices may change without notice. INNOVARA reserves the right to cancel with reasonable notification and will promptly refund amounts paid in full, or transfer credit to another Open Seminar according to registrant's written instruction. Fees shall be paid in US dollars. All fees are net of any government taxes. Local taxes and banking fees, if any, shall be the responsibility of the participant.
