Essentials of Product Management or "EPM" is a unique, on-the-job, orientation program for new marketing staff, especially those in product management. The approach emphasizes learning by doing, integrates with actual job functions and utilizes engineered learning to accelerate skill building.
EPM modules teach tools, processes and tasks required of the best pharmaceutical product managers. By the end of 4 to 6 months, they will perform at a level typical of other product managers with several years' experience.
This self-paced program carefully progress from simple to increasingly complex tasks. Most important, the new product manager or marketing associate immediately applies each new learning to his/her own products. So EPM is not just an on-the-job learning program – it IS the job.
