Prepare To Be Successful™ “In-Field Coaching”
It is well recognized that any new skill training given to representatives must be well supported by In-Field Coaching by sales management for it to achieve its full potential. This program is especially designed to give managers the necessary abilities to coach representatives in the elements of “Prepare to be Successful”.
The companion to “Prepare to be Successful”, this program equips sales managers to support medical sales representatives with the field implementation of “Prepare to be Successful”.
