“Prepare To Be Successful” provides representatives with the preparation skills and tools to " commence brilliantly” and lose successfully. The straightforward but comprehensive preparatory procedures will insure that all valuable time is spent on the most appropriate issues and will maximize the customer's potential.
A unique self-assessment process used at the conclusion of the call allows for an honest appraisal of the interaction and an immediate setting of the objective for the next visit.
