Train The Pharma Sales Trainer™

Train The Pharma Sales Trainer™, an intensive program designed to challenge new and experienced pharmaceutical sales trainers.  This program encompasses five areas critical to successful sales training and administration:

  1. The role of the sales trainer in serving both sales management and representatives' development needs;
  2. The training process, including important aspects of adult learning theory with specific reference to new vs. more experienced sales management and sales representatives;
  3. Sales training program development and evaluation;
  4. Sales training development skills, including presentation and group training technique;
  5. Managing the sales training function, including budgeting, planning and administration.

Application of each skill area by each trainer to his or her specific job situation results in an immediate improvement in productivity and professionalism back on the job.


Learning Objective:
Upon conclusion of the program, the participant is able to return to the company with tools and techniques that can be immediately applied, to be more fully professional and able to develop and manage the training function in his or her company.
